You can change your plan at any time from your account billing page.
- Upgrading takes effect immediately so you get more reports and seats right away.
- Downgrading takes effect immediately, and all account changes are prorated so you are only charged for what you use on each plan.
- Canceling takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep access to everything you have paid for until then.
