What? This is an extremely rough proof of concept for #44186 (please read that ticket for background on the concept) Right now the forms don't work, the UI & UX is bad and there are too many things wrong. at this stage I'm experimenting to see if it's possible to build this feature and if it makes sense - this is by no means something to be reviewed (yet).
