There's no self-serve way to merge two SparkToro accounts, but we can usually help. Email support@sparktoro.com from one of the two accounts, include both email addresses, and tell us which account you want to keep. We'll sort out the rest, including making sure your subscription ends up on the right one.
A couple of situations where a merge might not be what you need:
- You just want to log in with a different email address. You can change your email yourself in your user settings, no merge required.
- You want teammates working in one shared account. Rather than juggling multiple accounts, add them as collaborators on your paid plan. Everyone keeps their own login while sharing the plan's reports and folders.
