Most issues clear up with a couple of quick steps. Try these first, then contact us if you are still stuck.

Quick fixes to try first

  • Log out and back in. This resolves many feature and upload hiccups tied to your session.
  • Make sure your email is verified. Some features, like Take Action, require a verified email.
  • Try a different browser or an incognito window, and clear SparkToro cookies if the problem persists.

Specific situations

  • An audience file upload shows an error. Make sure it is a clean CSV with one email per row. If it still fails, send the file to support and we will diagnose it.
  • "Describe Your Audience," Take Action, or logo upload is not responding. This is usually a session or email-verification issue. Log out and back in, and confirm your email is verified.
