If you saw a message like "You're creating reports faster than usual — please wait a moment and try again," SparkToro briefly slowed your account down because the report creation pattern looked automated.
When this happens
The slowdown only triggers when both of these are true on a single submission:
- The interaction looks scripted (no mouse movement, instant form fill, or browser-automation signals on the page)
- The account has created several reports in a short window
If you are using SparkToro normally in a browser, you will not hit this.
What to do
- Wait the few seconds shown in the message, then try again. The limit clears on its own.
- If you keep seeing it, log out and back in to refresh your session.
- If it persists, contact us — happy to take a look.
Building on top of SparkToro?
If you are scripting SparkToro on purpose — pulling reports from a tool, integrating with Claude or ChatGPT, or feeding data into another system — programmatic access is on the way:
- MCP server — connect Claude or ChatGPT directly to your SparkToro reports.
- REST API — the same data the app uses, with generous limits for scripted access.
Both are in early access. Join the waitlist and we will reach out as soon as a spot opens.
Still stuck?
Email support@sparktoro.com with what you were doing when it happened and a screenshot of the message. That helps us diagnose it quickly.
